Given the high standard we maintain our property to, this chalet is not suitable for groups intending to consume excessive alcohol, smoke or cause excessive mess. Excessive mess, loss of items and damages resulting from these activities will result in a loss of damage deposit. Garbage and recycling is required to be removed from the chalet on upon check-out using the garbage room key supplied to avoid charge.

To avoid charges:
Remove garbage and recycling per signage directions to avoid $25 fee.
Return parking permits to foyer to avoid $25 replacement fee.
Return karaoke CDGs and/or any other items before leaving chalet to avoid a replacement fee and inconvenience to our next guests.
Extra cleaning required beyond normal: $30/hour (e.g. stains on carpet, couch, cooked on food on stove/oven, etc.)
*Our standard cleaning is 3 hours for laundry and cleaning surfaces without stains or biohazardous material (vomit, etc.)
To avoid charges clean-up after any messes to avoid charges.

We welcome families and mature groups (25 years and older) who are looking for a clean place and who intend to care for our chalet as their own.
